Product Rules
- Rewards Calculation
Daily Rewards = Average Holding in Soft Earn × APR / 365
- Reward Distribution
The system will start taking snapshots of eligible token balances at 8:00 (UTC) the following day, and calculate the average holdings accordingly. Rewards will be distributed to your Spot Account the next day.
App Version Requirement
The Soft Staking Promotions requires a compatible version of the Gate App. Please note:
- The app must be updated to version V7.32.0 or above **** to use this feature.
- To ensure smooth access to the latest features and services, we strongly recommend updating the app to the latest available version.
- If you have any questions, please contact our official customer support.
Notes
- To earn Soft Staking Promotions rewards, users must meet the minimum holding requirements for each token. At the same time, there is a cap on the holdings eligible for yield calculation, and any excess will not generate additional rewards. For more details, please visit the Soft Staking page.
- The Soft Staking APR may change daily and will be adjusted based on market conditions and other factors to ensure stable and competitive returns.
- The first staking reward will be distributed to the user's Spot Account on the day after the snapshot (i.e., the second day after activation) between 00:00 and 08:00 (UTC). Thereafter, Soft Staking rewards will be credited to the Spot Account daily. Distribution may be delayed due to network delays, system calculations, or other unforeseen factors.
