Investors in this round include Arrington Capital, Electric Capital, Distributed Global, Laser Digital, C² Ventures, Wagmi Ventures, and Plassa Capital. Following this transaction, Axelar’s cumulative funding has reached $143.75 million.Axelar is a decentralized cross-chain communication network dedicated to enhancing Web3 interoperability by connecting heterogeneous blockchains to optimize asset liquidity and program composability. The project comprises both a network layer and an API layer, with its core being a permissionless overlay network that delivers Turing-complete cross-chain communication through proof-of-stake and permissionless protocols.Notably, Axelar’s development trajectory demonstrates robust growth momentum. Since completing a $3.75 million seed round in November 2020, the project has executed several significant financing rounds.
