1.7 Bitcoin/Ethereum rally and shorts successfully reached targets, continue shorting after early morning rally

Bitcoin/Ethereum white hours and multiple evening reminders of shorts above 93800 and 3270, Ethereum shorts added around 3300, after the rally pulled high and fell back to around 3180 and 91200 with full space. Currently the market is rebounding again, after all around 3180 and 91000 as short-term rally points near have certain support, however daily and 4-hour lines began to pull high and fall back, trend has changed somewhat. From K-line pattern perspective, daily level shows that recently price formed highs near 94800 and 3310 then fell back, currently in adjustment stage, K-lines showing alternating yin-yang states.

In 4-hour cycle, K-lines with longer upper shadows appeared, indicating heavier selling pressure above, meanwhile current closing price is lower than previous wave highs. On technical indicators, daily MACD histogram turned from positive to negative, DIF and DEA gradually approaching, short-term may enter oscillation or decline; in 4-hour cycle, DIF crossed below DEA, bearish signals strengthening.

Early morning operation suggestions: Bitcoin continue entering shorts around 92500-93000, targets around 90000-91000; Ethereum continue entering shorts around 3240-3270, targets around 3150-3180.
