The other two incidents he referred to included one where the teleprompter malfunctioned for 15 minutes during his speech at the General Assembly; the other, according to him, was that after the speech, he was told that “the sound in the hall of the United Nations General Assembly where the speech took place was completely silent, and unless the leaders of various countries used interpreters' headsets, they couldn't hear anything.” Trump stated he would write to United Nations Secretary-General Guterres and request an immediate investigation.
