Just think about it: in the context of US-China technology friction, data must not leave the country while still being usable. This seems like a deadlock, but FHE provides an excellent solution. It's no wonder that traditional financial giants like JPMorgan Chase want to collaborate with them; this itself is the strongest recognition of the value of technology.

I think that complaining is the most useless thing in the face of tightening regulations.
