Bloomberg: Ghana facilitates the regulation of related activities by legalizing encryption.

According to a report by Bloomberg on December 22, Mars Finance news stated that the Ghanaian parliament has approved a bill to legalize Crypto Assets, aiming to address the Central Bank's concerns about the increasing use of this alternative asset in West African countries and the lack of regulation. Bank of Ghana Governor Johnson Asiamah stated over the weekend in the capital Accra that the passage of the “Virtual Asset Service Provider Bill” will facilitate the licensing distribution of Crypto Assets platforms and the regulation of related activities.
