#通货膨胀 Recently, I’ve been a bit confused by the Federal Reserve’s situation. I read the news saying that inflation risks are still quite high, and several bigwigs at the Federal Reserve are opposing further rate cuts? 😅 After thinking for a while, I finally understood—inflation is just prices continuously rising, and our money is becoming less and less valuable. So why would they still want to cut interest rates?

Later, I looked up some information and realized that the Federal Reserve is now caught in a dilemma. On one hand, the labor market is cooling down, and there are concerns about unemployment; on the other hand, prices are still very high, so they don’t dare to relax policies easily. Goolsby said that both businessmen and consumers are complaining that prices are too high, so they prefer to be cautious and wait and see. There’s also a particularly scary term called "stagflation"—which means high inflation combined with sluggish economic growth, sounds super terrifying😰

What does this mean for us newcomers entering the crypto market? Feels like the less certain the policies are, the more volatile the market might be? Want to ask the experts, when inflation pressure is high, does Bitcoin become a hedge?
