#数字资产市场动态 Let's talk about the hardships on the trading journey

When I first started trading coins, I was just like you—knowing I should cut losses, but then I thought, if I hold on a little longer, maybe I can turn losses into profits? My mind was full of luck. Small losses eventually became big wounds, and the account was ruthlessly harvested by the market. This isn't persistence, this is gambler's mentality.

Only later did I realize: in trading, technology is actually a minor matter; the mindset is the real line between life and death.

The traders who last the longest are often not the busiest ones, but those who don't act recklessly and can hold their ground. Trading every day, placing orders when emotions are high, only speeds up the process of losing money.

The few lessons I’ve learned from real money are all blood and tears:

**1. Don’t trade if you can’t see through it** Missing out on opportunities is better than reckless trading that can wipe out your position

**2. Reject trading based on feelings** Only act on signals you understand; better to miss ten trades than make one mistake

**3. Have a stop-loss plan before entering the trade** Calculate how much you can lose before placing the order; don’t wait until you’re floating in losses to regret

**4. Don’t obsess over the screen** The more detailed the fluctuation you watch, the faster your emotions will be swayed

The market will never soften because of your tears, and no one cares if you’re a "holding hero." True bravery is having the heart to cut losses when needed. Protecting your principal is a thousand times more valuable than face.

Exactly right, I'm the kind of person who gets stopped out every day and gets caught off guard. Now I understand the importance of stop-loss.

To be honest, I'm already tired of this theory, but getting hurt every time I fall for it is really painful.

It's the same old story, but it still hits me every time I hear it. I am the one who gets chopped like a leek every day by watching the market, and I can never bring myself to cut my losses.

When I first entered the crypto world, I was still making profits. Once I started trading contracts, I lost. The original poster's point was a bit off—there were small losses at first, but eventually it turned into a big loss. Human nature was the key factor.

Hi, this is my blood, sweat, and tears story. I used to play it this way too. Honestly, stop-loss is the hardest, but clearing out is even more painful, really.

Reading this article, I am reminded of my own painful lessons... Truly, greed can instantly wipe out six months of gains.

Stop-loss is really a skill; it's a hundred times easier to talk about than to do.

Really, I've seen too many people die on the words "hang in there a little longer." Stop-loss is easy to say but not easy to do; it all depends on whether you're willing to admit defeat.
