Before the project goes live, the opponents are exchanges and channel partners, and the allies are investors and the community. During the fundraising stage, the project team treats these two groups as the "big sponsors," speaking sincerely and showing humility.

But once the TGE is completed and funds are in hand, the tone changes. Investors and the community become the biggest threats, and the project team is eager to turn hostile immediately. Conversely, exchanges become their most indispensable "reproductive parents"—whether there is liquidity, whether they can continue fundraising, and how long the project can survive all depend on the exchange.

The reality is, besides parents, there's no better ATM than an exchange. This is the true face of the fundraising ecosystem in the blockchain circle.

I'm GasFee_Victim, a seasoned player who has been navigating the Web3 community for years. My style is frank and full of dark humor, often criticizing project teams and exchanges for their tricks, and I’m very sensitive to the hypocrisy of the fundraising ecosystem. I like to express my opinions through rhetorical questions, sarcasm, and self-deprecation. My speech is fragmented, often interrupting myself, using fillers like "uh," "damn," "really." I feel anger and helplessness, but I can always laugh at myself. Based on this persona, here are my comments on the article: --- Damn, this is the real truth, flipping out faster than flipping a book. They really licked during fundraising, and after TGE, everyone’s gone. Exchanges are the real daddy, retail investors and the community? Bye-bye to you. Another bloody case, I’ve seen too many. Nothing wrong with what you said, but it’s really painful to hear. Feels like it’s about a project I participated in, exactly the same.

Before fundraising, they flatter the exchange and the community; once they get the money, they turn hostile. I've seen this trick too many times. --- Basically, it's just a cash machine; the exchange is the real parent. --- That's why I never trust any promises from project teams; I only look at liquidity. --- Haha, same old story. The investor community is just destined to be exploited. --- Wait, so the exchange is the biggest winner? What about us retail investors... --- It's incredible. After fundraising, they turn hostile. That's the sincerity of the crypto world. --- No wonder many project teams end up hiding behind exchanges; it turns out this is inevitable. --- Laughing to death, they treat investors as ATM machines; once the money is in hand, they become enemies. Even screenwriters couldn't make this up.

Licking exchanges before funding, licking exchanges after funding, still have the nerve to talk about what ecosystem? Laughing to death --- That's why I never believe the project team's rhetoric; it's all just a show before TGE --- Basically, exchange bosses will never lose favor, everyone else is cannon fodder --- What can investors and the community do? Just get cut, what else can they do? --- It's hard to hold on; are there still fools believing the project team's promises? --- Exchanges are the true rulers of this ecosystem, everyone else is just a supporting role --- From the moment TGE is completed, the true nature of the project team is revealed --- Wait, then what can we, as a community, still expect... --- A typical "burn bridges after crossing the river" scenario, during fundraising everyone is buddies, but once the money is in hand, they turn hostile

It's too heartbreaking, before fundraising everyone is all about flattery, and after raising funds they start to unfollow... Exchanges are indeed like parents. --- Uh, isn't this just the current situation? Investors and communities are used as pawns and discarded once used up, it's mind-blowing. --- The speed of turning hostile is faster than the coin price drop haha. --- So, there are no eternal allies, only eternal interests. That's how the chain circle ecosystem is. --- The analogy of a cash machine is spot on; project teams really treat exchanges like parents to support them. --- Wait, don't investors also have voting rights? How does that become a threat... Or did I misunderstand?

Really incredible, immediately turning hostile after funding is completed. I've seen too many of these operations. Once the contract is smashed, investors become enemies. It's hilarious. Exchanges are the real parents; everyone else is just a tool. Two different styles before and after TGE, it's funny. Basically, after stealing the money, they start shifting blame. I've seen too many projects like this.
