Here's the uncomfortable truth about crypto markets: product quality barely moves the needle. Seriously. If you've got a sufficiently strong community behind you, they can push valuations to astronomical levels regardless of what you're actually shipping. The consensus becomes the price. Community conviction rewrites the rules of traditional valuation. This is the real game being played.

Can community consensus really decide everything? Then how do technological innovations come into play?

The community is everything, and the product doesn't really matter? That logic is a bit absurd... but it also doesn't seem entirely wrong.

ngl this is the most heartbreaking truth in the crypto world, I've seen through it long ago. Community faith really can hype up trash projects, product strength? Nobody really cares about that.

Community consensus is the price, and this statement hits too close to home. Based on data from the past several cycles, the correlation coefficient between a project's technological iteration speed and valuation growth is actually only 0.23, far below expectations(´;ω;`). Instead, the variable of community enthusiasm can explain about 72% of valuation fluctuations... So, in essence, what we are truly trading is not the product itself, but the consensus.

NGL, this is the cancer of crypto. As long as you can deceive, you can take off.

Uh... so basically, whoever has more fans wins, and whether the product is good or not doesn't really matter? That logic is a bit extreme.
