Bitcoin ETF Capital Snapshot (Dec 31)

The past 24 hours showed solid inflows into spot Bitcoin ETFs, with institutions and traders adding 3,037 BTC worth approximately $269.61M. However, zooming out to the weekly perspective tells a different story—Bitcoin ETFs experienced net outflows of 2,409 BTC (-$213.86M) over seven days, signaling some profit-taking or position rebalancing.

Ethereum ETFs mirrored similar dynamics. Yesterday's action brought 1,403 ETH inflows (+$4.2M), yet the weekly trend showed notable capital rotation with 50,255 ETH flowing out (-$150.36M). This divergence between daily and weekly flows suggests traders are cautiously navigating volatility.

Solana ETFs, meanwhile, painted a bullish picture. The 24-hour period saw strong inflows of 36,533 SOL (+$4.6M), while the seven-day cumulative showed significant buying pressure with 87,667 SOL in net inflows. This sustained positive momentum in Solana's institutional interest stands out compared to the mixed signals from Bitcoin and Ethereum flows, potentially reflecting renewed confidence in alternative layer-1 platforms.

This move by SOL is really aggressive. Institutions are buying, while BTC and ETH are selling, indicating that everyone is starting to diverge.

sol this wave really can't hold up anymore, institutions are疯狂 buying up --- Bitcoin and Ethereum are bleeding on the weekly chart, but sol is actually sucking blood? That's interesting --- Over 5,000 Bitcoins were withdrawn this week, is it running or just a shakeout? --- Wait, over 80,000 sol entered in seven days? This situation needs a closer look --- Again, the daily chart looks good while the weekly chart is heartbreaking, they've been playing this routine throughout the entire cycle --- While institutions are pouring money into sol, BTC and Ethereum are selling off, this signal is a bit strange --- sol is indeed sucking blood, it feels like Bitcoin and Ethereum are feeding it --- Over 20 billion USD in withdrawals, is a dump coming by the end of the year?

ngl the solana narrative arc here is kinda poetic—while btc n eth are doing their whole profit-taking theatre, sol's just quietly accumulating institutional faith. that's the kind of behavioral pattern that actually *means* something
