Honestly, the most profound realization I've had recently is this: in this industry, pain is the norm. Tattoos, ice baths—these seemingly extreme activities are all forms of practice for me—to feel, to endure.

Looking back on my experiences over the years, there's no better way to summarize them than with two words: pain. I won't hide it; in the crypto world, I am quite a pure Loser. Although I started off well, interning at a well-known private equity fund in my early years and being exposed to many traditional financial concepts, it was only after truly entering this industry that I realized how shallow my knowledge was.

Every market fluctuation, every project setback, every cognitive upgrade is accompanied by pain. Maybe this is the price of living in this circle.
