#2026年比特币价格展望 Are you still self-tormentingly looking at others' account screenshots? It's time to stop.

First, ask yourself a question: Are you truly comparing your returns with others, or are you comparing your time in the market?

I've heard a saying that hits hard—people always think about the next 10x coin or the next round of sudden wealth, but rarely consider how long they can survive or how many cycles they can endure. Your anxiety isn't about earning less; it's about not reaching the numbers others are making. But there's a logical reversal here: in a bull market, you may not necessarily beat them; in a bear market, you will definitely outlast them.

This is crucial.

Most people's gains are not based on cognition but luck; their losses are not due to technical analysis but greed. The "results" you envy are the carefully curated screenshots they share; what you don't see are the liquidations, lock-ups, and mental breakdowns they've endured. One data point speaks volumes: investors who survive the bear market often outperform those who chase quick gains and panic sell during corrections in the next bull run.

What is the real way to turn things around? It's not praying for a coin to skyrocket, nor chasing hot topics or trends, but transforming yourself into a "person who won't be easily wiped out by the market."

What does this require? Review. Every mistake in each bull and bear cycle, every missed opportunity, every decision driven by emotion—these are your "pitfalls." Filling these pits is a learning process. Learning is the only thing that can truly change your fate.

For example, you invest $100,000 in a completely unfamiliar field. When it rises 20%, you immediately hesitate whether to sell—because you know deep down, that's luck. Money earned by luck is hard to hold onto. But in a field you've studied deeply, when a new market narrative emerges, you understand it immediately, and you're willing to hold a heavy position; when it pulls back, you're willing to add more, waiting for the next phase of the market. At this point, you're not gambling; you're executing a plan based on solid reasoning.

The so-called "on-chain experts" are not some chosen ones; they are those who have spent countless nights honing themselves into "people who aren't afraid of volatility." They've experienced enough cycles and seen enough coins rise and fall, so their mindset remains steady.

A bear market isn't a bad thing; in fact, it's the best time to distinguish between people. Some panic and sell at the bottom; others keep learning and adjusting strategies. When the bull market returns in two years, the differences will be clear.

So, don't be anxious.

Learn one more project’s fundamentals today, and you'll kneel one less time during market fluctuations tomorrow. Review one more mistake, and when the next opportunity comes, you'll react a step faster. The market is unpredictable to anyone, but it rewards those who "survive longer and stay clearer-headed"—those who can be greedy in a bull market without going overboard, and who can survive and wait during a bear market.

It's normal to feel uncomfortable seeing others make money in a bull market. But remember a harsher truth: your benchmark isn't others' accounts; it's whether you've survived the next cycle.

Exactly right, I used to be that kind of idiot who took screenshots and compared every day. Now I've finally had a realization.

Wow, that was really harsh. I used to compare screenshots every day too, but now I just want to survive.
