In the Web3 ecosystem, different projects focus on unique market needs, forming a differentiated competitive landscape.

The current innovation directions mainly concentrate on two dimensions: one type of project is dedicated to infrastructure layers, such as teams focusing on building large-scale AI systems, emphasizing construction based on real human data, with data quality, accuracy, and long-term reliability as core competitive advantages—this direction represents a deep exploration of the integration of Web3 and AI. The other type targets user interaction experiences, transforming real-time moments into immersive interactive experiences, creating new value points in the social entertainment track.

These differentiated approaches reflect how Web3 projects have evolved from early single-mode models to a multi-dimensional innovation pattern, with each track redefining the boundaries of blockchain applications in its own way.

Differentiated competition sounds good, but the projects that truly survive are those that solve real problems.

Has it come to this extent? Infrastructure layer competition, social entertainment also joining in, it seems like everyone wants to be the next unicorn.

Sounds good, but aren't they all just fighting over the AI cake... Which projects have truly been successful?

To be honest, the infrastructure sector does have potential; data quality is the key. Can Web3 social entertainment really take off? Or is it just another round of cutting the leeks? Differentiated competition? It seems like everyone is fighting for the same cake... AI + blockchain combination still feels too early; let's wait and see. Immersive experience sounds good, but I'm worried it might just be another PPT project. With so many tracks, how many will actually survive? I agree on data reliability; those previous projects were too shallow. Human data foundation sounds like copying traditional internet strategies. Is this truly innovative or just a new disguise to cut a round? Real-time transformation into experience? Nice words, but who bears the cost?

Is the data quality reliable? That's the real issue.
