Many public chains are currently rushing to pile up the number of ecosystem projects, but honestly, this kind of competition doesn't mean much. I'm more concerned about whether the underlying logic is clear or not.

Dusk's first impression to me is that its goal is very clear — to truly integrate privacy protection and compliance mechanisms, which seem to be opposing concepts, into the on-chain financial system. It sounds ambitious, but their technical approach is actually quite stubborn, completely going against mainstream trends.

This "unconventional" choice has instead given Dusk its own differentiated position. In the long run, once institutional funds flood into the chain on a large scale, this architecture that balances privacy and compliance may be more attractive than chains that simply pursue high performance. After all, institutions care most about risk control and regulatory friendliness.

On-chain data shows that this dual-track system of privacy + compliance is indeed undervalued. From a code logic perspective, reverse卷 (reverse rollup) is indeed more sustainable. It is worth noting the institutional entry cycle; monitoring shows that the deployment frequency of compliant chains has been increasing recently. The interesting part is that projects like Dusk, which take a "stubborn" execution route, tend to last longer based on past experience. As expected, the next wave of institutional participation should serve as a validation. --- Stacking numbers really doesn't mean much. My observation is that projects with clear underlying logic tend to be more resilient. --- Currently, privacy and compliance can be achieved simultaneously, which is indeed rare. Looking at contract changes, Dusk appears to be quite cautious, with deployments late at night requiring repeated verification. --- The number of ecological卷 (rollup) projects is just self-deception; what institutions truly want are these two things—privacy sorted out, compliance sorted out. Everything else is just superficial. --- It's quite interesting; the reverse approach actually becomes clearer. This line of thinking is worth pondering.

Privacy + compliance is indeed an underestimated area. Most people are still playing the performance number game.

The issue of the total number of the卷 ecosystem is indeed meaningless. I agree with the idea of Dusk; the path of privacy + compliance may seem awkward but it makes sense. Projects that go against the trend tend to last longer. The difference became apparent the day institutions entered the market.

Privacy + compliance is indeed a rare combination, but whether it can truly be implemented depends on execution capability. ngl dusk, this idea is a bit hardcore, reverse operation might actually be the breakthrough.
