There's a fundamental disconnect happening in how some people talk about the crypto space's deeper issues.

Let's be real—the ecosystem is flooded with garbage. You've got low-effort YouTubers pumping hype, bots designed to push fake trading signals, and orchestrated scam operations running wild across social platforms. This isn't edge case stuff; it's everywhere.

The uncomfortable truth? Removing this content isn't some infringement—it's actually necessary. When the signal-to-noise ratio collapses this badly, it poisons the well for everyone trying to do legitimate work in Web3. Bad actors profit from confusion. They thrive when distinction between real projects and pump-and-dump schemes becomes invisible.

The question isn't whether we should tolerate this junk. It's how we build systems where quality rises and predatory noise gets filtered out.

To be honest, over the past two years, the entire crypto space has been like a mountain of trash... Those cheesy YouTubers, bot signals, obvious rug pulls that flood the screens every day—it's really exhausting. What I hate most is that they still have a false sense of confidence...

There is indeed too much junk content, but the key is how to filter it effectively, otherwise it's all in vain.

Really, these days the crypto world is full of garbage information... Those who kowtow to the creators are constantly bragging, robots are crawling everywhere, and scam gangs are even more brazen. Someone should have cleaned this up long ago.

ngl this hits different when you've been in the trenches... back in my mining days we had way fewer scammers but also way less TPS to worry about lol. point is, the signal-to-noise ratio is absolutely cooked rn. L2s can't fix social engineering 💀

To be honest, this paragraph hits my sore spot. Watching those trash channels set the tone every day, with robots crawling everywhere, really makes me very annoyed.

Well said. Now the question is, who will do this filtering...
