POL's recent trend is quite interesting—price is under pressure, but some technical signals suggest a potential rebound is brewing.

Let's look at the data. POL has fallen 3.53% in the past 24 hours, indicating a clear bearish sentiment. The short-term EMA continues to decline, confirming a downtrend. From the MACD perspective, it's also not very optimistic—the signal line is pressed below, and the histogram is negative and still expanding, which shows selling momentum is still building.

But there's a turning point here: the RSI is only 9.19, which is almost at an extreme oversold level. Typically, such an extreme position is often a prelude to a buy. Additionally, the Bollinger Bands show that POL's current price of 0.1419 is below the lower band, which is usually not a stable state, and there's a good chance of a rebound back to the middle band of the range.

From the project side, Polygon has recently been adjusting its strategy—laying off staff, restructuring, mainly focusing on stablecoin payments and on-chain transactions. If this shift is executed properly, it could improve the token's practical application scenarios and value capture ability, but it is still in transition.

Risks to watch out for: Layer 2 tokens inherently face challenges in value capture—low transaction fees (which is both an advantage and a disadvantage), coupled with ongoing supply pressure, make the token's economic model quite fragile. A short-term rebound does not mean a trend reversal; attention should also be paid to whether it can break through EMA resistance.

RSI 9.19 This extreme data... To be honest, it looks like a buy signal, but I’ve never understood how Polygon’s economic model makes money. The layoffs and restructuring sound more like firefighting.

RSI 9.19 is a bit extreme, but I still don't dare to go all-in... Whether Polygon's restructuring can truly save the market or not remains uncertain.

RSI 9.19. This number is incredible; either a rebound or zero, no middle ground.

nah this RSI screaming oversold but like... polygon's fee structure still sucks for actual value capture lol. watched this bounce pattern too many times to get excited tbh. maybe a dead cat thing.

RSI9.19, what the heck is this? It’s indeed a bit hopeless, but at times like this, it’s often a signal to get in... Just worried that the rebound might be just a fake move.

RSI 9.19? That's definitely a bottoming signal. I've already committed my resources, and a rebound is just around the corner!
