Discipline is easy to talk about, but truly sticking to it... just look around and you'll see. Consistent profitability boils down to repeatedly doing the right things; there's no shortcut. It's indeed easy for an individual to get overwhelmed, so find reliable people to motivate each other. Looking at performance records is the real deal; no matter how much you boast, it’s useless.
