After reviewing the market, tonight's key point isn't the magnitude of the rise or fall, but whether the main cryptocurrencies have broken their levels.

Bitcoin is experiencing high-level consolidation, but the key structure remains intact. Neither bulls nor bears have a clear advantage; essentially, everyone is waiting for a confirmation signal. This isn't a sign of turning bearish; the market is searching for direction.

Ethereum is clearly weaker than BTC, but the critical support at the bottom is still holding firm. As long as there isn't a massive volume breakdown through that support, it will continue to follow BTC's consolidation pattern.

Ethereum's recent movement is interesting; its correction pace is very methodical, which is a sign of strength. Strong coins don't need to be pushed up every day; just maintaining stability without collapsing already means they've won.

ZEC shows the greatest emotional volatility, but a closer look indicates it's in a phase of oversold correction and shakeout. As long as it doesn't break below key levels, there's no need to rush to conclusions.

Overall review, my three iron rules are:

▸ Don't heavily allocate in markets that haven't broken levels
▸ Don't blindly add positions without a trend
▸ Holding cash when possible is itself a form of strength

What is the smartest move tonight? Secure your positions, adjust your mindset, put down your phone. Wait for the market to give its own answer, rather than trying to invent one. Often, good defense in the present is more valuable than blind aggression.

Breaking levels, I’m most annoyed by those who keep shouting short every day. Holding a short position and lying flat is really a kind of境界. ETH’s recent rhythm is outstanding, very stable. As long as the key support isn’t broken, I won’t panic. Put down your phone, stabilize your mindset, and the market will come. Are you still blindly adding positions? I’m already waiting for signals. I see through this round of ZEC’s shakeout. Good defense is more valuable than anything. If you can’t break through the level, don’t make reckless moves, it’s that simple. BTC is still looking for direction, why rush.

I can't put down my phone, but I'm learning everything else --- Breaking levels, breaking levels every day, let's see who breaks first, mindset --- Ethereum is indeed stable this wave, more stable than my mindset --- Staying fully out of the market is really a skill, I prove every day that my skill level is very low --- Nothing wrong with what you said, but when it comes to execution, I always want to copy a bit more --- As long as the key support holds, we won't panic, just eat more melon and wait for the answer --- Winning with defense, I love to hear that, but I still can't help but want to attack --- Remember these three iron rules, I'll look at this comment after I lose everything --- ZEC's recent shakeout might be washing out people like me --- Staying calm is the hardest thing, it's easier said than done

Going all in really is the best, just watching the market and lying back to win. There's no rush to break the level; anyway, I've already thrown up my hands. ETH is still holding, and that's enough, why bother watching the charts every day. Honestly, putting down the phone is the highest level of operation. That move with ZEC was pretty slick, but I still won't touch it. Before the break, I was just hanging around here, waiting to see the show. I agree that defense is more valuable than offense. If the market isn't giving signals, don't act recklessly. Without self-control, it's really impossible to play. Stalemate is just a stalemate; why insist on finding a top or bottom? The key level is still there, I just want to see how long it can hold.

Putting down the phone is really the ultimate. I just can't do it, damn it.

Don't make reckless moves unless there's a breakout, I agree with this. Putting down the phone is really a trick; once you start playing with it, you want to buy the dip. Ethereum staying above the support level this time is a win, I agree. For ZEC's shakeout, we need to wait for signals; there's no rush. Being out of the market is also a skill, I have to admit.
