Kering Group Establishes "Industrial Excellence Center" and "Customer Excellence Center"

Recently, Kering Group has continued to deepen organizational reforms under the leadership of CEO Luca de Meo. The group announced the establishment of the “Industrial Excellence Center” and the “Customer Excellence Center” to improve operational efficiency and support the sustainable development of its brands. It is reported that Stéphane Noël will assume the role of Chief Industrial Officer starting April 1, and Carlo Mocci will become Chief Customer Officer on May 4. Both will join the Group Executive Committee and report directly to Luca de Meo.
