Israel closes border crossings, causing Gaza residents to panic buy

After a joint military strike against Iran was launched on February 28th local time in the United States and Israel, Israel closed all border crossings to the Gaza Strip, including the Rafah border crossing. Fearing food shortages and the possibility of famine, many Palestinians in Gaza rushed to the markets in Khan Yunis in southern Gaza to buy as much food as possible. (CCTV)
