The Spanish Ministry of Defense announced on the 5th that it will send a naval escort ship to Cyprus to provide defensive military support. According to a statement from the Spanish Ministry of Defense, the ship named “Cristóbal Colón” joined the French aircraft carrier “Charles de Gaulle” task force on the 3rd to carry out escort and training missions.
