Rotating market trends, stay close to hot topics, buy quickly and sell quickly! Continue holding: Hanlan Co., Ltd. and Leyard!

Abstract generation in progress

Entered the market in 2015, honing my skills for ten years. During this time, I faced nine losses, but kept fighting and never gave up! After nine twists and turns, looking back suddenly, I finally reached a place of lights and warmth! My ancestors are from Ezhou, hence the name Nine Phoenixes. Phoenix rebirth—focusing on: main trend, main dragon, main rise!

  1. Current holdings.

  2. Hanlan Co., Ltd.

  3. Liyad.

  4. Today’s operations.

First, continue holding Hanlan Co., Ltd. Yesterday, the 20-day moving average started to follow, and today it quickly hit the limit up, breaking through previous highs with three waves of new highs. Don’t expect too much; 3 to 4 versions are enough. No more buying points tomorrow; after the third version, you can exit at any time.

Second, continue holding Liyad. Yesterday, I bought low during the intraday dip near the moving average, and I also gave a reminder during the day. Yesterday was bought as a 20cm elastic target for the robot, but today it unexpectedly moved into the panel concept and gained big. So hold on to it.

Third, gradually take profits from Tongding Interconnection, COSCO Shipping, Yunnan Germanium, and Zhangyuan Tungsten.

Early trading saw funds find new directions—panels and artificial intelligence. Also, smart grids continued to attract attention.

Funds are not favoring the original trend rotation sectors; what to do? Then withdraw gradually. Rotate quickly in the market, switching places swiftly.

The first wave of the opening decline and rebound, but the moving averages immediately took profits from Tongding Interconnection and Zhangyuan Tungsten, protecting yesterday’s gains.

Yunnan Germanium surged to the top at the opening in the afternoon, but after reaching yesterday’s high, I sold off with a slight loss.

COSCO Shipping exited at the end of the afternoon when it failed to sustain the rally, with a small position—just a tiny holding.

  1. Market overview.

The three major indices opened high and fluctuated, then slightly retreated in the afternoon, closing with total trading volume under 2.4 trillion yuan, roughly flat compared to yesterday.

3864 stocks closed higher (red), 1227 lower (green), 68 limit-ups, 3 limit-downs. Market sentiment has improved significantly, and popularity is high.

  1. Market bias.

The collective collapse of the continuous limit-up streaks and trend-based groups.

Market momentum is suppressed to the second version.

The market is again in a rotation period.

  1. Market review.

Yesterday, I mentioned that if the previous trend sectors—fiber optics and non-ferrous metals—cannot rebound strongly, the trend consolidation will basically end. Today, this was further confirmed, especially for non-ferrous metals, which are almost gone. The leader, Zhangyuan Tungsten, plummeted. Only a strong comeback tomorrow could change that.

Oil, petrochemicals, and shipping sectors, affected by Middle East conflicts, have mostly retreated. The strongest leaders, Intercontinental Gas and today’s strongest, Shandong Molong, couldn’t hold on to the last bit of their strength.

Yesterday’s leaders and core stocks across various sectors, due to the unexpected strength of the panel sector and continued momentum in smart grids, saw large capital outflows, forcing partial profit-taking and stop-loss actions.

The purpose of listing sector leaders and cores yesterday was to prepare for today’s rotation—weak ones exit, strong ones stay. Six stocks concentrated into two: Hanlan Co., Ltd., the leader in smart grids, and Liyad, the elastic target in panels.

  1. Position management.

With a main trend, hold 80% of the position, 20-30% in individual stocks.

During rotation, hold 50%, with 10-20% in stocks.

In chaotic periods, hold 30%, with 5-10% in stocks.

  1. Tomorrow’s plan.

Focus on three directions tomorrow.

(1) Smart grids.

First, watch for explosive volume in core sentiment stock Shunnan Shares for potential phone replacement.

Second, look for low-entry opportunities in the trend-following China Western Electric.

(2) Panel concept.

First, observe the 20cm stocks Huacan Optoelectronics, Leeman Electronics, and Jufei Optoelectronics for potential explosive volume and turnover upgrades.

Second, compare the main board stocks Zhaochi, Sanan Optoelectronics, and Guoxing Optoelectronics for potential breakout opportunities. Likely, Sanan has a higher chance of turnover upgrade, based on capacity.

(3) Oil and petrochemicals.

Mainly watch for rebound opportunities in leaders Intercontinental Shares and sentiment core Shandong Molong.

Hold onto my stocks: Hanlan Co., Ltd., continue to hold, expecting 3-4 limit-ups to take profits. Liyad, the elastic target, broke previous highs today, repeatedly buying low and selling high.
