Due to work adjustments, Mr. Yin Chang has applied to resign from his position as board secretary. On March 3, 2026, the company held the 37th meeting of the 10th board of directors, which approved the proposal to designate a senior management officer to act on behalf of the board secretary. The company agreed to appoint Vice President Luo Chang to perform the duties of the board secretary.
