Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery, an American orthopedic and neurosurgery clinic, has agreed to pay $2.5 million to settle a class-action lawsuit related to a data breach that affected over 426,000 patients in February 2024. The settlement fund will be used to pay cash and benefits, including two years of identity protection services and $1 million in insurance. Affected individuals can file claims for up to $5,000 in documented damages or a one-time payment of approximately $75. The claim deadline is May 28, 2026.
