Today (February 6), the General Administration of Customs issued Announcement No. 18 of 2026, releasing the “Interim Measures for the Operation of ‘Zero Tariff’ Imported Goods Business Venues and Supervision of ‘Zero Tariff’ Imported Goods for Residents’ Consumption within Hainan Free Trade Port.” The measures took effect immediately upon issuance.
