Bank of Communications: Appointed Chief Risk Officer Liu Jianjun as concurrently Chief Compliance Officer

On February 27, Bank of Communications announced that the meeting approved the proposal to appoint Mr. Liu Jianjun as Chief Compliance Officer. The bank agreed to appoint Chief Risk Officer Liu Jianjun as concurrently serving as Chief Compliance Officer. His appointment as Chief Compliance Officer will take effect after approval of his qualification by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission.

Liu Jianjun’s Resume

Liu Jianjun, male, born in 1967, Chinese nationality, Intermediate Economist. Since June 2023, Liu Jianjun has served as the Chief Risk Officer of Bank of Communications. He has previously held positions such as Chief Expert at Bank of Communications, General Manager of the Risk Management Department, Director of the Internal Control and Anti-Fraud Office, President of the Beijing Branch, President and Executive Vice President of the Beijing Management Department (Group Customer Department), President and Vice President of the Jilin Branch, Senior Credit Executive, Vice President and Senior Credit Executive of the Changchun Branch, Vice President and Senior Credit Executive of the Beijing Branch, among others. Liu Jianjun earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2003.
