Tangshan billet direct transaction is generally weak, with warehouse spot prices reported at 2,960 yuan/ton including tax for delivery. Downstream finished product prices remain stable, but transactions are weak. It is expected that the afternoon billet factory prices will remain stable or mostly steady. (My Steel Network)
