People’s Financial News, March 7 — On the morning of March 7, the Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress held a press conference focused on people’s livelihoods. Minister of Human Resources and Social Security Wang Xiaoping stated that in recent years, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has been exploring pilot programs for occupational injury insurance. Currently, over 25 million people have been insured across 17 pilot provinces, effectively fulfilling its protective role. This year’s pilot program will be further expanded nationwide.
