The SPDR SSGA Apollo IG Public & Private Credit ETF (PRIV) saw its assets quintuple in a single day in February 2026, reaching $396 million, and now holds nearly $850 million, far surpassing its initial $45 million from mid-December. This surge is attributed to the fund’s strong performance, increased investor interest in private credit ETFs, and a recent reduction in its expense ratio to 0.55%. The ETF, a partnership between State Street and Apollo, provides retail investors access to investment-grade private credit and has significantly outperformed similar funds in its category.
