On December 16, 2020, the relocation plan for cement clinker production capacity of Handan Jinyu Taihang Cement Co., Ltd. was announced on our department’s official website. On May 21, 2025, the plan was amended and announced. Due to strategic adjustments in the company’s development, Handan Jinyu Taihang Cement Co., Ltd. has applied to revoke the relocation plan. In accordance with the “Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 Edition)” (MIIT Document No. [2024] 206), after review, the relocation plan for cement clinker capacity of Handan Jinyu Taihang Cement Co., Ltd. is hereby revoked. Public supervision is welcome.
