Yesterday, the A-share market showed a bottoming and rebound trend, with the declines of the three major indices significantly narrowing compared to the previous day. In the market, computational power leasing concept stocks quickly strengthened, the electricity sector remained active, and the power grid equipment theme rose against the trend; meanwhile, the port and shipping sector collectively pulled back, and oil and gas industry chain stocks opened high but declined later. Fund flow data shows that some industry ETFs experienced significant share changes.

In the non-monetary ETF market, data from March 9 indicates that the Huaxia CSI Power Grid Equipment Theme ETF increased its shares by 531 million units, with a net inflow of 1.099 billion yuan, making it the most popular theme ETF of the day. The Guotai CSI Oil & Gas Industry ETF saw a share increase of 537 million units, with a net inflow of 943 million yuan; the Guotai CSI All-Index Communication Equipment ETF added 626 million units, with a net inflow of 644 million yuan. On the outflow side, the HFT CSI Short-term Bond ETF’s shares decreased by 11 million units, with a net outflow of 1.199 billion yuan; the Huaxia CSI A500 ETF saw a reduction of 696 million units, with a net outflow of 842 million yuan; the Pengyang Medium-term Bond-30 Year Treasury ETF decreased by 7 million units, with a net outflow of 799 million yuan.

Looking at monthly data, as of March 9, the top 20 ETFs with the highest net fund inflows this month cover multiple sectors. Among them, financial industry ETFs saw the most significant increase in shares over the past week, with 26 funds tracking this sector; the CSI segmented chemical industry theme ETFs showed notable growth, with 6 funds tracking; and the Hang Seng Tech Index ETFs increased significantly, with 13 funds tracking this index. In terms of performance, the Yisheng Energy & Chemicals A Index led with a 15.27% increase, with only one fund tracking this index.

Regarding overall market size, as of March 9, the total ETF shares in the market reached 3,380.684 billion units, with a total scale of 5,276.158 billion yuan. Recent fund flow trends indicate increased investor attention to financial, chemical, and technology ETFs, while some bond and broad-based ETFs experienced capital withdrawals. Industry analysts point out that the current market structure is clearly differentiated, with funds shifting from defensive sectors to growth-oriented areas.
