On the evening of March 10th, Beijing Borui Hongyuan Data Technology Co., Ltd. (Borui Data, 688229.SH) issued an announcement regarding abnormal fluctuations in its stock trading. The company’s stock price deviated by more than 30% in cumulative closing price changes over two consecutive trading days on March 9th and 10th, 2026. According to relevant regulations, this constitutes abnormal stock trading fluctuations.

As of the close on March 10th, Borui Data (688229.SH) was priced at 120.06 yuan per share, up 16.4%. The stock hit the 20-centimeter daily limit on March 9th.

The announcement states that after self-inspection and written inquiries with the company’s controlling shareholders and actual controllers, the company’s current production and operations are normal, and there have been no significant changes in market environment, industry policies, or development directions. Costs and sales have not experienced large fluctuations, and internal production and operational order are normal. The controlling shareholders and actual controllers have no major undisclosed matters or important information related to the company. The company’s stock price has experienced large short-term fluctuations. Investors are advised to be cautious of trading risks in the secondary market, make rational decisions, and invest prudently.

The announcement also notes that Borui Data mainly provides application performance management and observability solutions for enterprise-level clients’ IT operations. OpenClaw is an open-source AI agent execution framework. Currently, the company has no monitoring solutions or products for such technology, has not commercialized it, and has no revenue from it, so it does not impact the company’s current business.

Recently, with the maturity of AI agent technology, a cyber “shrimp farming” trend has emerged. “Shrimp” refers to the open-source AI agent framework called OpenClaw, named for its lobster-like icon. It enables idle computers to become tireless “digital employees” that automatically perform tasks.

Around the Spring Festival, major companies such as ByteDance’s Volcano Engine, Alibaba Cloud, and Tencent Cloud fully opened their cloud services for running OpenClaw. On March 6th, nearly a thousand developers and AI enthusiasts gathered at Tencent Building, completing the cloud installation of OpenClaw with the assistance of Tencent cloud engineers.

According to the official website, Borui Data focuses on building a user-centered, simple, efficient, and intelligent new type of IT operations and maintenance, maintaining the top market share in China’s application performance management and observability (APMO) market. The company has established diverse collaborations with organizations such as CNNIC, CFCA, IATA, China Internet Association, Data Center Alliance, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, China Financial Industry Technology Development Alliance, Huawei, and others. It is also a member of authoritative industry organizations such as the AIOps Standards Working Group of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and the Information Technology Application Innovation Committee of the China Electronic Industry Standardization Technical Association.

Recently, Borui Data disclosed its “2025 Annual Performance Briefing,” estimating that the company will achieve revenue of 129 million yuan in 2025, a year-on-year decrease of 8.13%, and a net profit attributable to the parent of -94.11 million yuan, with the loss narrowing by nearly 20% year-on-year.
