Shandong Xinhua Jin International Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) recently received a resignation letter from Ms. Liu Tingting, Securities Affairs Representative. Ms. Liu Tingting resigned from her position due to personal reasons. The resignation took effect upon delivery to the Company’s Board of Directors.

After her resignation, Ms. Liu Tingting will no longer hold any position in the Company. Her responsibilities have been handed over, and her resignation will not affect the normal operation of the Company’s related work.
