Gobika announced that due to internal adjustments at Lixin Certified Public Accountants, the signing partners and certified public accountants for the 2025 audit project have been changed, with Ding Pengkai and Bao Haibo replacing Feng Wanqi and Ma Xiaoxuan, respectively. Securities Daily News reported that on March 12, Gobica announced that on March 12, 2026, the company received a notice from Lixin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (referred to as “Lixin CPA”) regarding changes to the signing certified public accountant and project quality control reviewer. Originally, Lixin CPA appointed Feng Wanqi and Ma Xiaoxuan as signing partners and signing CPAs, with Yu Changjiang as the quality control reviewer, providing audit services for the company. Due to internal adjustments at Lixin CPA, partner Ding Pengkai has been appointed to replace Feng Wanqi as the signing partner for the 2025 audit project, Bao Haibo has been appointed to replace Ma Xiaoxuan as the signing CPA for the 2025 audit project, and Yang Qiushi has been appointed to replace Yu Changjiang as the quality control reviewer for the 2025 audit project, continuing to complete the audit work. After the change, the signing partners for the 2025 financial report audit and internal control audit are Ding Pengkai, the signing CPA is Bao Haibo, and the quality control reviewer is Yang Qiushi.
