Cecep New Energy's net loss last year expanded to 1.1 billion yuan

Xinte New Energy (00451) expects a net loss of approximately RMB 1.1 billion for the year ended December last year. In 2024, it recorded a net loss of RMB 223 million.For the six months ended June last year, the Group recorded a one-time compensation provision of approximately RMB 295 million. This provision was made in accordance with the sales agreements for photovoltaic power station projects previously sold to different buyers. The Group expects to record a total compensation provision of approximately RMB 900 million for the 2025 fiscal year, with RMB 605 million in additional provisions to be recognized in the second half of the 2025 fiscal year.
