Report: Abu Dhabi National Oil Company Informs Joint Venture Partners That Loading from Persian Gulf Ports Is No Longer Required

According to sources, ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) has informed its joint venture partners holding key grades of Murban crude oil that they no longer need to ship cargoes from a port within the Persian Gulf. Only for March cargoes, partners will be allowed to load 80% of the remaining Murban crude oil from Fujairah. Previously, the oil company had informed its onshore oil field project partners to pick up their Murban crude oil at Jebel Dhanna port, located in the Persian Gulf west of the Strait of Hormuz.
