i started my web3 journey in late 2024.

within a month i bagged my first job… then more jobs followed.
things were moving fast and i thought i had it all figured out.
my biggest mistake? i got comfortable.
i stopped job hunting and i didn’t bother building real connections with other creators in the space.
i was relaxed with the jobs i had.
then slowly things started changing.
>some jobs disappeared.
>some reduced my pay.
and suddenly i had no real network to lean on.
at the same time i was also a degen trader.
when the jobs started disappearing, i went all in on degen trading for capital.
things were good for a while.
but then i became reckless.
revenge trading.
aping huge.
round tripping profits.
slowly my portfolio started bleeding.
i went from being comfortable… to my last few $$$.
i tried looking for jobs again.
reached out to a few people for advice or opportunities but things were hard on their side too.
that’s when the reality hit me.
i had been moving alone in the space.
eventually one connection helped me get back up like i am now.
and even now i’m still out here connecting with others.
because going back to zero is not a good sight.
you will hate yourself in that period.
i’m just thankful to god and myself for being able to hold on until now.
