Coinworld News: According to a tweet from Wu Blockchain, Japanese listed company Metaplanet completed a directed equity offering raising approximately $270 million, and issued accompanying warrants with a maximum total fundraising capacity of approximately $570 million. The funds will be used to advance its goal of holding 210,000 Bitcoin.
