I started a clipping agency this week.
Day 1 lesson: the editing matters less than the first 1 second.
Rules I locked in:
1. Hook lands by 0.8s — or kill the clip
2. Pattern interrupt every 3-5s (zoom, cut, text)
3. Duration under 35s — attention is the constraint
4. One idea per clip. One arc. One payoff.

i have completely stopped trading and transitioned into deploying.
