The first four years of bamboo growth are basically a period of silence, and the fifth year is the explosive period. This is actually similar to the crypto world. Good projects need to learn to persevere; even if they are memes, as long as the community is genuinely doing something, they are worth holding onto firmly.

Less watching and less moving is a common action during the coin-holding period. If you watch too much, it's easy to lose your grip. Just make sure to log in and buy a little more when you have spare money.
Although I have experienced a lot, seeing too much will still affect my mentality. It's important to maintain a good mindset. I used leverage in the US stock market some time ago and recently reduced my positions. Leverage is undesirable anywhere; it exposes too much risk and can lead to severe losses. Some things may seem logically sound, but the process is beyond your control, and most people perish in that process.
Currently, it seems that the crypto world will get better and better... mainstream capital will gradually enter the crypto world.
