How to fully automate the opening of x402?
1. Prepare a new wallet and put a little bit of base eth and a little bit of base usdc in it.
2. git clone
3. Copy x402/examples/python/clients/httpx/.env-local and rename it to .env
4. Change .env RESOURCE_SERVER_URL to the url found in x402scan, change path to what comes after /, and fill in PRIVATE_KEY with the private key.
5. Install uv
6. uv run python
