Beware of new wallet scams, these eyewash tactics are the easiest to fall for.

Abstract generation in progress

[Block Rhythm] Recently, I've heard many people complaining about their experiences of being scammed. The methods of cybercriminals are indeed upgrading. They have set their sights on digital Wallets, spreading messages of “high returns” through various instant messaging tools and social platforms, luring you into purchasing so-called official Wallets. Once you buy it, the Wallet ends up in their hands—what follows is telecom fraud, Money Laundering, and even directly taking away your funds.

There are even more ruthless tricks: Criminals set up fake event pages that look just like the real products. Once you fill in your personal information and confirm the transfer, the money is gone. This kind of deception is hard to guard against.

How to protect yourself? The truth is very simple - treat your digital wallet like physical cash. Passwords and verification codes are your last line of defense, so never disclose them casually. More importantly, fundamentally eliminate the idea of “getting rich quick.” The reason scammers succeed is ultimately because they exploit people's greed. Wake up, there is no free lunch in this world.

Another trap? Bro, I stopped believing in high returns a long time ago; too many people have fallen for this.

Oh my god, it's this trap again, my classmate was trapped just the day before yesterday. Wait, you really can't give out your password casually? I thought as long as the account was safe, it would be fine. To be honest, the greed part hit me, it's really easy to be fooled by "getting rich quick." These scammers' tactics are really something, they're hard to guard against. Is wallet fraud so rampant now? We need to be careful. By the way, has anyone of you been scammed? How did you get trapped?

Indeed, there are so many types of wallet scams these days, and someone around me has already fallen victim. These fake wallet pages are made to look incredibly real, and it's easy to fall for it if you're not careful. There’s no such thing as a free lunch; greed is truly the biggest enemy. Passwords and verification codes really need to be well protected, or just wait to be played people for suckers. That being said, most people actually know in their hearts that it’s the psychology of luck at play. This wave of dark industry has indeed upgraded, and we need to be more cautious than before. What seems like simple anti-scam advice is just so hard to execute.
