Looking at the vision of Rayls Labs, it goes beyond simple tokenization of real-world assets ( RWA ). The true goal seems to be to build an on-chain capital market infrastructure where traditional financial capital circulates directly.

Movement is already being seen. Partnerships with Brazilian financial institutions, integration of private equity credit portfolios, and infrastructure expansion including Animoca—these movements demonstrate how focused they are on institutional-grade design.
