Reviewing the altcoin landscape lately reveals a sobering reality. Most investors holding diversified altcoin portfolios—excluding Ethereum and Solana—face significant value erosion as we approach year-end. The contrast is striking: while ETH and SOL have held their ground relatively well, the broader altcoin ecosystem has taken a beating. If you're sitting on a mixed altcoin position, the numbers likely tell an uncomfortable story. The lesson? In this cycle, conviction matters. Rather than spreading capital thin across lesser-performing assets, successful traders are consolidating around blue-chip protocols and core holdings. It's not about panic selling—it's about capital allocation discipline.

Retail investors are indeed just here to give away money, and I'm no exception, haha.
It's those shitcoins causing trouble again; I should have gone all in on blue chips long ago.
That pile of garbage altcoins in my hands really should be closed out and swapped for ETH.
Not all coins can be shorted for hedging; I've learned that.

I'm really messed up now for buying the dip on alts... I should have just gone all in on ETH.

It's the old saying again, all in blue chips is the way to go... My pile of altcoins has been Rekt for a long time.
