Launching a startup demands serious hustle. But when you're operating in a heavily regulated space? That's a whole different ballgame.
Recently, we sat down with the teams behind Enspectra and Earth Funeral—two outfits tackling massive markets while navigating complex regulatory landscapes. What's wild is how they're pushing boundaries in life and death industries, not despite the red tape, but by working smarter within it.
These founders are proof that innovation in regulated sectors isn't just possible—it's where the real opportunities hide. The compliance grind filters out noise and separates the serious players from the rest.

Wow, the regulation has instead become a moat? I like this line of thinking; it's truly a reverse operation.

Bro, this is what I like to see – not going against regulations, but rather using them as a moat. Many people just don’t understand this point.
Heavy regulations? Then it’s just right to filter out the truly innovative teams. Junk projects automatically get eliminated, and what’s left is all genuine.
Founders who can play tricks within the red tape are the real deal. Compared to those who shout "Decentralization" all day without considering the law, this is much more pragmatic.
It sounds like Enspectra and Earth Funeral are quite interesting, need to do some research.
This logic applies to web3 as well – don’t you think?

Regulation instead becomes a moat, which is quite interesting. Most people turn around when they see a red light, but the real opportunity is right there.
