#以太坊行情解读 ⚡ A severely undervalued global capital signal - the Bank of Japan is about to take action.

The Bank of Japan, which hasn't raised interest rates in thirty years, is really going to raise them now. It sounds unremarkable, but the chain reaction behind it could be rewriting the map of global capital flows.

Let's break it down. In Japan, there is a group of retail investors who have been engaged in foreign exchange trading for a long time — they are referred to as "Mrs. Watanabe." How have they been making money over the years? It's simple: they borrow yen (at almost zero interest) and invest in interest-bearing assets such as U.S. Treasuries and U.S. stocks, earning the interest rate differential. To what extent is their scale? It is estimated that the overseas assets held by Japanese individuals amount to $4.4 trillion.

The situation has changed now: Japan is going to raise interest rates, while the Federal Reserve is going to lower interest rates. What does this "one raise and one cut" mean? It means that the previous logic of making money easily has collapsed. The cost of borrowing is rising, and investment returns are shrinking instead. So what happens to this capital? A lot has to withdraw from US stocks and bonds and flow back to Japan to balance the accounts.

Don't underestimate this amount of money. A trillion-level fund reallocation is enough to stir up waves in the global market.

📊 What about the crypto world?

There are indeed risks in the short term - traditional markets are volatile, and the crypto market finds it hard to stay out of it. But conversely, this precisely proves the reason for the existence of Bitcoin and other non-sovereign assets. When the policies of various Central Banks diverge and the logic of traditional assets changes, smart money will naturally seek "safe havens" that do not rely on a single economy. That is the opportunity for crypto assets.

Real players not only reassess their allocation of mainstream coins but also seek undervalued opportunities in emerging ecosystems. The ability to discover value is even more valuable during times of market uncertainty.

🤔 Question for everyone: Do you think this shift in capital flow will first impact the crypto market, or directly drive a new round of value reassessment?

nah this is just cope. when the yen unwinds, retail crypto bagholders get liquidated first, not "smart money" finding alpha in some obscure altcoin. seen this movie before—2015, 2020, always the same pattern. correlation matrix says everything bleeds together when real capital moves.

If Mrs. Watanabe goes bankrupt, I make a profit. Why does this logic sound so familiar?
