Looking at the Kindred AI project, it feels like the approach is very clear - it follows the long-term operation model, steadily accumulating users. Its core positioning is as an emotional companion AI, with the goal of not being a disposable tool, but rather to create a sense of reliance for users, encouraging them to return for interactions regularly.

What impressed me the most is that the IP reserves in their hands are indeed very strong. With leading Web3 game IPs like Axie Infinity, along with collaborations with other well-known content IPs, this provides the project with a lot of imaginative space. Using strong IPs to drive user stickiness is still relatively rare in the field of emotional AI.

The sense of reliance in this trap is really absurd, it reminds me of certain games' pay-to-win tactics, same soup but different medicine.

Well, this idea does have some substance. The sense of dependence set is still the most intense I've seen in emotional AI. The Axie IP support here is interesting, but whether it can really translate into user stickiness depends on how it operates later. Relying on IP to hold the scene is fine, but I'm afraid it might end up being an empty shell project. Let's wait and see.

To be honest, I understand the logic behind this trap of dependency, but the question is—will users really pay for emotional companionship? The Axie IP sounds good, but I just don't know how to integrate it naturally and seamlessly with emotional AI.

ngl, the dependency mechanics here smell like classic mev extraction but for attention—they're literally frontrunning user engagement with emotional infrastructure. IP hoarding won't fix the dark forest under the hood tho.
