Recently, the Fed's operations are worth following. Tonight, they plan to inject about $6.8 billion in liquidity into the market through a repurchase protocol, which is already the Nth time in nearly ten days — the cumulative scale has approached $38 billion.

The official statement is "year-end routine operations", but for traders, the key signal is very clear: there is more money in the market. This incremental liquidity will inevitably flow into various assets, and the crypto market is obviously among them. Mainstream coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum often benefit from this.

Historical reference: In December 2023, when the Fed conducted similar liquidity management, Bitcoin subsequently initiated a quite aggressive upward trend. Although the market environment will not be completely replicated, the underlying logic is consistent—during a year-end with ample liquidity, crypto assets are usually not forgotten.

For retail investors now, the strategy can be considered as follows:

Core positions (Bitcoin, Ethereum spot) remain stable, and short-term fluctuations are normal, so don't get shaken out. If the market shows a significant pullback, that could be a window for increasing positions, but do it in batches and don't go all in.

It is best to stay away from high leverage contracts, as market fluctuations at the end of the year can often catch you off guard, and the risk of liquidation is too great.

During a bull market cycle, the release of liquidity is often the turning point of the market. The key is to hold the main position and patiently wait for the market's reaction.

38 billion liquidity injection? The fuel supply for this launch window is obviously sufficient, the upper band of the Bollinger Bands is already beckoning to me.

Here we go again, is the Fed going to do point shaving again? Saying that 38 billion is "routine" really can fool people, I think it will eventually flow into the crypto world.
