I have been struggling in the contract area for a while. To be honest, I've made a small profit quite a few times, but every time I incur a big loss, it can completely wipe out my previous profits. After going back and forth like this, my account has already shrunk by 50,000.
Now that I think about it calmly, frequently staring at the market actually increases the chances of making mistakes in judgment. Instead of continuing to force it, it's better to give myself a chance to breathe. I have distributed the remaining few hundred U across 15 different coins, all small positions to test the waters, and I'll leave the rest to the market's rhythm.
Staying up late watching the market, frequent trading, and in the end still losing—this cycle is really exhausting. I need to stop, adjust my mindset, and wait for my state to return before getting back in. Taking a few days to rest and clear my mind.

To play with contracts, you must first understand yourself.
